Stop trying to be the best.
If your ego and identity are excessively intertwined with your business, then your mood self-esteem will fluctuate wildly as your business (inevitably) experiences challenges and setbacks.
Instead, dedicate yourself to creating the best SYSTEMS and PROCESSES.
By placing the emphasis on systems and processes that are external from you and can be critiqued, revised, and replaced if need be, you will naturally cultivate resilience, dynamism, and adaptability within your business.
So don’t bother trying to prove yourself!
The proof of your success will be in the strength, rigour, and efficiency of the systems you create.
