EP 245 – Why YOU SHOULDN’T Be Looking for a High-Performing Salesperson
Perhaps you’re in the following situation:
You’ve started your own business.
You’re passionate about your product and the results it has to offer, but now you’ve got to focus on scaling your business: I’m talking marketing, hiring, client/team management, strategy etc.
So now, you’re looking for a salesperson.
And, if you’re anything like the other business owners I speak to, you’re looking for a high-performing salesperson who can sell your product EVEN BETTER than you can.
